“Lithium battery” is a type of battery that uses lithium metal or lithium alloy as the negative electrode material and uses a non-aqueous electrolyte solution. Due to the very active chemical properties of lithium metal, the processing, storage, and use of lithium metal have very high environmental requirements. With the development of science and technology, lithium batteries have now become mainstream.

Provide a fully-automatic integrated lithium battery production line. The integrated production line consists of an oven, a cooling glove box, a liquid injection glove box, a buffer glove box, a squeeze (static) vacuum box, a sealed glove box and a discharge vacuum box composition. The battery cell realizes automatic transmission in the above operation. The function of the oven is to realize the vacuum drying of the battery. The function of the cooling glove box is to cool down the battery. The function of the glove box is to provide a water-free and oxygen-free operating environment, to complete the filling and sealing operations in the glove box. The oven and the cooling glove box are seamlessly connected to ensure continuous production in a controlled water-free and oxygen-free environment. All the cabin doors are automatically opened and closed and controlled and operated by Siemens PLC touch.

Working process of fully-automatic integrated lithium battery production line:

  1. The battery is baked in a vacuum oven and evacuated to minimize the battery moisture;
  2. The baked battery automatically enters the cooling glove box through the conveying device. The cooling glove box has a cooling device to quickly cool the battery;
  3. The cooled battery can gradually and automatically enter the liquid injection glove box through the conveying device for liquid injection;
  4. After the liquid is injected, the battery enters the buffer glove box;
  5. The battery in the buffer glove box enters the squeezing (static) vacuum cabin, squeezing the battery;
  6. Squeeze (stand still) the vacuum square cabin and leave the battery in the sealed glove box automatically after vacuum standing, seal the battery;
  7. The battery comes out through the discharge bin, and the entire transportation process of the battery can be automatically transmitted.
