Manufacturing Method of Solid-state Lithium Ion Battery

Lithium-ion batteries work by moving lithium ions between the positive and negative electrodes. During the charge and discharge process, lithium ions are intercalated and deintercalated between the two electrodes, which is a representative of modern high-performance batteries. It is energy-saving and environmentally friendly and has been widely used.

In order to ensure that the positive electrode material, the solid electrolyte, and the negative electrode material are accurately injected, the process characteristics are as follows:

1. Powder injection

The key point is the spiral powder injection method with vibration, so that the positive electrode material powder is not attached to the tube wall during the whole powder injection process, ensuring the accuracy of the positive electrode material injection.

2. Solid electrolyte powder injection

It uses high temperature to melt the solid electrolyte first, and then injects the liquid at high temperature to ensure the accuracy of powder injection of the solid electrolyte.

3. Negative material injection

It also melts the negative electrode material first, and then performs high-temperature liquid injection to ensure the accuracy of powder injection of the negative electrode material.
