When making a hard-shell lithium battery, the positive electrode, negative electrode, and separator are usually made into a pole core, and then the pole core is inserted into the battery case, and a cover plate is provided. A liquid injection hole is provided on the cover plate. The liquid hole injects the electrolyte into the battery. The quality of the electrolyte and the amount of the liquid injected directly determine the quality of the lithium battery. Therefore, the liquid injection is very important.
At present, in the production of lithium batteries, a single sealed cavity is generally used for liquid injection production. During the production process, the position of the sealed cavity remains unchanged. When the injection is completed, the upper and lower parts of the sealed cavity need to be disassembled to remove the battery after the injection. Refilling a new battery case can only continue the liquid injection production, resulting in too long waiting time for production, resulting in low overall production efficiency of lithium batteries, increasing production costs and reducing economic efficiency of the enterprise.
