At present, the glove box mainly includes a chamber, a purification and deoxygenation unit, a purification and dewatering unit, a circulation unit, and a control unit, and some also contain other impurity purification units (such as organic gas). The principle is that the control unit controls the circulation unit to turn on, and drives the gas in the chamber to continuously flow through the purifying and deoxygenating and purifying and dewatering units. The purifying and deoxidizing unit continuously removes the leakage of the chamber or the increased oxygen and H2O caused by scientific research and production operations to make oxygen. And the H2O is controlled within a certain range to meet the user’s requirements.

At present, the purification and deaeration unit, purification and dewatering unit, circulation unit, and other impurity purification units of the glove box are all independent functional modules, or the dewatering and deoxidizing unit is combined together, or the organic gas in the dewatering and deoxidizing unit. The purification unit is integrated, and then placed in a cabinet with the circulation unit. The method of regenerating the glove box purification unit simultaneously regenerates multiple sets of newly simplified glove box purification and deoxygenation and dewatering units through the regeneration workstation, which reduces the purchase and use cost and saves social resources. At the same time, customers do not need to purchase hydrogen and other regeneration, saving maintenance costs.
