Operation precautions:

  1. The vacuum pump shall be kept open during system operation.
  2. When the oxygen concentration in the tank exceeds 200 ppm, the equipment maintenance personnel shall be informed to operate the system, otherwise the water and oxygen purification system will be damaged.
  3. Before starting the cycle, check whether the box condition or regeneration is in progress. If the above mentioned operation is in progress, it is absolutely forbidden to cycle.
  4. two purification columns cannot be regenerated at the same time.
  5. Before regeneration, ensure that the vacuum glove box has been cleaned by inert gas (H2O < 200ppm) to ensure sufficient regeneration gas supply. The pressure of regeneration gas is 0.06-0.08MPa.
  6. Before starting regeneration, please confirm that the corresponding purification column cycle is closed.
  7. Regeneration process needs 24 hours. Once the execution cannot be disconnected, 3-6 hours after the start of regeneration, use regeneration gas to pay attention to the amount of regeneration gas, adjust the pressure of regeneration gas properly, and ensure the sufficient supply of regeneration gas in these 3 hours. After 6 hours, the regeneration origin can be closed.
  8. During the regeneration process, the vacuum pump cannot be turned off. Do not touch the top of the purification column to prevent scalding.
  9. Once the regeneration is terminated unexpectedly, please ensure that the regeneration and circulation of the purification column cannot be restarted within 12 hours, otherwise the equipment will be damaged.
  10. During the operation, pay attention to protect the operation gloves from damage.
