The automatic production line of solid-state lithium-ion battery, which is an automatic production line of round solid-state battery with low labor cost and high production efficiency, is provided. The whole process is completed in the glove box, ensuring that the whole process is produced in an oxygen free and water-free environment, and ensuring the quality of the product. In order to ensure the accuracy of positive material, solid electrolyte and negative material, the process features are as follows:
- Powder injection of positive material
The key point is to use the spiral powder injection method with vibration, so that the positive material powder is not in the whole powder injection process, and no residue is attached to the pipe wall, ensuring the accuracy of the positive material powder injection.
- Solid electrolyte powder injection
It uses high temperature to melt the solid electrolyte first, then high temperature to inject liquid, which ensures the accuracy of powder injection.
- Powder injection of negative material
It is also to melt the anode material first, and then inject liquid at high temperature to ensure the accuracy of powder injection of the anode material.
