The small antechamber is characterized by fast transfer speed (small volume means shorter evacuation and refill cycles), reduced inert gas consumption, and minimal use of side-wall space on the chamber. It is therefore very well suited for the frequent transfer of samples, small tools, glassware and other small items.

In this system, the small antechamber has been extended in length to solve the problem of quickly loading and unloading longer instruments or samples, while also providing more space for temporary storage of equipment or materials. This design meets the high-frequency operational needs of specific customers, improves the convenience of glovebox use, and maintains relatively low operating energy consumption.
