This is a highly specialized system tailored to specific industrial applications, providing a powder-metallurgy solution for complex process flows, high-efficiency production and stringent atmosphere control. With its dual-side operation, multi-station zoning and direct integration with thermal-processing equipment, the core objective is to enable large-scale, efficient and safe advanced-material fabrication while maintaining an ultra-stable protective atmosphere.

It can be used for the pre- and post-processing of high-performance metal powders such as titanium alloys, aluminum alloys and superalloys in additive manufacturing (3D printing) — including sieving, blending, support removal and hot isostatic pressing — as well as for special-alloy production, advanced ceramic forming, nuclear fuel element fabrication, and semiconductor sputtering-target manufacturing.
