Glove box Laser Welding System

Our glove boxes are self-contained systems that create an ultra-inert atmosphere of < 1 ppm H₂O and O₂. Chambers are built from welded stainless steel and fitted with premium components. Standard modules include antechambers/transfer ports, removable viewing windows, adjustable trays and shelves, integrated lighting, and ergonomic gloves. Extensive customization lets you size the chamber and accessories for your specific process.

Key features

  • Ultra-low moisture and oxygen (< 1 ppm)
  • Leak-tight, welded stainless-steel construction
  • Modules: antechamber, removable window, lighting, adjustable trays/shelves, gloves
  • Works with argon or nitrogen purification systems
  • Application-specific options and layouts

Inert Gas Welding Chambers

Inert welding chambers deliver consistent, contamination-free welds by isolating the workpiece from air. Solvent vapors, moisture, oxygen, and nitrogen are reduced to < 1 ppm, preventing oxidation and porosity. Though larger than open setups, a chamber protects the weld root and cap regardless of joint geometry or part complexity. Typical systems use a rigid stainless shell with work-handling fixtures, fume extraction, and multiple clear viewing panes (or radiation shields when required).
