Double-Sided Four-Station Glovebox with Heated Antechamber & Water Chiller

By integrating two core thermal-processing units (ovens) directly into the inert-atmosphere workspace, this system creates a seamless, contamination-free closed-loop workflow—from material drying, storage, and handling to heat treatment, cooling, and packaging. The two ovens can be temperature-controlled independently, allowing simultaneous drying or heat treatment at different temperatures and with different process conditions. The double-sided four-station design enables up to four operators to work at the same time.

After pre-treatment inside the glovebox, materials can be transferred directly into the integrated ovens for heating; once completed, they can cool inside the glovebox and proceed immediately to the next assembly or testing step—without ever leaving the inert environment. This configuration is especially suitable for sensitive materials and processes where “drying/dehumidification” is a critical, mandatory step.

The dual-sided large main chamber is designed without internal partitions, creating a shared, unobstructed working volume that can accommodate multiple large instruments and substantial quantities of materials.

The four workstations allow more operations to run in parallel, enable clear functional zoning, and significantly accelerate R&D iterations or small-batch pilot production.

The extended antechamber can accept extra-long tools or samples and transfer a large amount of material in a single cycle, reducing the number of evacuation / refill cycles required.

With a split-type architecture, the purification unit that generates noise and heat is physically separated from the operator chamber. In this way, the system combines the efficiency and stability required for industrial production with the flexibility and ultra-high purity standards demanded by research equipment. It is an ideal platform for the critical pilot-scale up stage that bridges laboratory R&D and full-scale manufacturing.

Integrated with a high-precision, industrial-grade temperature and humidity control system, this glovebox can actively and accurately regulate the temperature and relative humidity across the entire working space inside the chamber. A professional low-temperature storage unit—either built into the glovebox or connected via an antechamber—is provided to store materials that are sensitive to temperature, moisture, and oxygen under an inert atmosphere.

The dual-chamber design offers two independent, parallel workspaces, supporting two operators working simultaneously or process steps running in parallel, significantly improving efficiency.
