This design combines three key concepts: ultra-high cleanliness control, flexible material transfer, and ergonomic operation.
The ISO Class 10 purification system can rapidly reduce the H₂O and O₂ levels inside the chamber to below 1 ppm, ensuring that sensitive materials do not undergo oxidation, hydrolysis or other side reactions during handling and storage, while also providing an ideal operating environment for any precision instruments installed inside the glovebox.
The left-side mini antechamber can be evacuated quickly, improving transfer efficiency and making left-hand operation more convenient. The split-type architecture reduces noise and vibration in the main working area and offers excellent expandability, making it easy to add additional ports or functional modules.
