Solid-State Battery R&D — Single-Station Glovebox System Integrated with a Tube Furnace

This system is a signature core piece of equipment for modern solid-state battery materials laboratories. It is an integrated, fully sealed solution specifically designed for the synthesis and preparation of sulfide-based solid electrolytes. A large-diameter, single-zone tube furnace (maximum temperature up to 1100 °C) is deeply physically integrated with the glovebox, ensuring that the entire workflow—from precursor weighing and mixing, to sintering reaction, to post-processing of the sintered product—is carried out with zero contact with air. This eliminates cumbersome intermediate transfers and sealing steps, greatly accelerating R&D iteration cycles.

In addition, highly reactive and toxic materials remain fully contained within the inert system throughout the process, maximizing operator safety.
