Advanced Materials Synthesis Glove Box with Integrated Heating Compartment and Chiller

The system integrates three key functions into a single platform: moisture- and oxygen-free atmosphere, controlled high-temperature reaction, and rapid quench cooling. It is designed to solve synthesis challenges that cannot be carried out under ambient air conditions.

The main glove box provides an ultra-low H₂O/O₂ inert environment (typically < 1 ppm). A wall-mounted heating chamber is integrated for material synthesis, annealing and sintering under controlled atmospheres. In addition, an integrated chiller or cooling stage enables rapid quenching of high-temperature samples down to low temperatures, effectively “freezing in” specific phases or microstructures.

Together, these functions form a closed, contamination-free materials R&D platform that covers the entire workflow from synthesis and treatment to encapsulation. This greatly expands the range of chemical reactions that can be performed under inert conditions and makes the system an ideal platform for high-level, high-sensitivity research in materials chemistry.
