Why an Integrated Furnace–Glovebox?

Problem. Hot parts or powders that leave a furnace and touch room air pick up O₂/H₂O in seconds—changing phases, oxidizing surfaces, and wrecking yield.

Solution. An integrated furnace–glovebox hard-couples a high-temp box furnace to a sealed glovebox via an ISO flange. Product transfers without any ambient exposure. A vacuum antechamber handles batch flow; HMI control automates purge/evac cycles while O₂/H₂O analyzers verify sub-ppm atmosphere.

What you gain

  • End-to-end inert handling (<1 ppm O₂/H₂O with proper purification)
  • Repeatable quality: no oxidation spikes during hot transfer
  • Higher throughput with quick-cycle antechamber
  • Clean, compact footprint and single control interface

Ideal for

  • Battery cathodes/solid-state electrolytes
  • Catalyst prep & activation
  • Molten-salt / flux syntheses
  • Air-sensitive alloys and AM powders

Quick spec (typical)

  • Argon or nitrogen service, analyzer-verified
  • ISO-flanged furnace interface; optional gate valve
  • Cylindrical vacuum antechamber for fast cycles
  • 7–10″ touchscreen HMI with alarm/event logs
