Generally speaking in the laboratory, people can install ventilation cabinets and other exhaust devices to prevent the operators from inhaling harmful gases as much as possible. However, if the teacher wants to conduct chemical demonstration experiments in the classroom, the resulting Harmful gases will escape into the classroom space, which will pollute the classroom air and affect the health of teachers and students. In addition, current ventilating devices have only ventilation functions, which cannot completely avoid harm to the human body and cannot purify harmful gases, so that harmful gases are directly discharged outdoors and become a pollution source of the air environment.
In view of the above shortcomings of the prior art, we provide a gas purification glove box for chemical experiments that avoids human injury and environmental pollution. The technical solution to solve its technical problems is that it includes a glove box body and a gas adsorption purification device. The glove box body is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel and tempered glass. Integrated modular air inlet and outlet valves; a gas adsorption purification system; the air outlet valve of the glove box is connected to the air inlet of the gas adsorption purification device through a hose through an induced draft fan.
The chemical experiment glove box has the following characteristics: it avoids the contact between the experimenter and the experiment environment to the greatest extent, no gas pollution, fire and explosion protection, to ensure the safety and health of the experimenter’s human body; the polluted gas generated in the chemical experiment is purified before being discharged to Getting down to the atmosphere overcomes the shortcomings of previous ventilation devices that only ventilate but not purify, and avoid the pollution of the atmospheric environment.

  1. The vacuum pump should be kept on during the work of the glove box system.
  2. When the oxygen concentration in the box exceeds 200PPM, the equipment maintenance personnel should be notified to perform system operation, otherwise the water and oxygen purification system will be damaged
  3. Check before starting the cycle to see if the cabinet is in condition or regeneration. If the operation mentioned above is in progress, it is absolutely forbidden to loop.
  4. Two purification columns cannot be regenerated at the same time.
    A. Before regeneration, ensure that the glove box has been cleaned by inert gas (H2O<200ppm) to ensure sufficient regeneration gas supply. The regeneration gas pressure is 0.06-0.08mpa.
    B. Before starting the regeneration, please confirm that the corresponding purification column cycle is closed.
    C. The regeneration process of the glove box takes 24 hours. Once executed, the regeneration gas cannot be disconnected, and the regeneration gas is supplied 3-6 hours after the start of regeneration. Pay attention to the amount of regeneration gas.
    When adjusting the pressure of the regeneration gas, the sufficient supply of the regeneration gas during these 3 hours is guaranteed, and the regeneration gas source can be turned off after the 6th hour.
    D. The vacuum pump cannot be turned off during the regeneration process, and do not touch the top of the purification column to prevent burns.
    E. Once the regeneration is terminated unexpectedly, please ensure that the regeneration and circulation of the purification column cannot be restarted within 12 hours, otherwise the equipment will be damaged.
  5. When working in the glove box, care should be taken to protect the working gloves from damage.
    How to solve the malfunction of the glove box?
  6. The large and small warehouses cannot replenish air
    Reason: ①The air holes in the glove box leading to the large and small bins may be blocked by plastic film, etc.; ②Whether the solenoid valve is not opened.
    Method: ①Confirm the position of the air hole according to the direction of the pipeline, and clear the pipeline; ②Check the wiring and solenoid valve.
  7. The large and small warehouses cannot be pumped out
    Reasons: ①The air extraction holes in the large and small warehouses are blocked by plastic film, etc. or the cabin door leaks; ②The warehouse door is not closed tightly, or the sealing ring of the large and small warehouses is loose.
    Method: ①According to the direction of the pipeline, confirm the position of the air hole and clear the pipeline; ②Close the door tightly and check the size of the sealing ring; ③Check whether the operating air pressure is too low (because the large warehouse air valve is a pneumatic valve).
  8. The tank pressure continues to be added during cleaning
    Reason: The cleaning valve is not opened, the intake pressure is too high, and the pipeline is not dredged.
    Method: ①Ensure that the pipeline is unblocked, preferably not to be bent; ②When cleaning, the relative pressure in the tank will continue to be lower than 0.5 mbar.
  9. The main valve of the purification column is defective
    Reasons: ①The working air pressure is less than 0.5Mpa; ②The main valve signal feedback is faulty.
    Method: ①Replace the working gas cylinder, or check the pressure of the auxiliary gauge of the pressure reducing valve at 0.5Mpa; ②Check the signal switch of the main valve.
  10. The loop cannot be opened
    Reason: low pressure or high pressure maintenance of the fan inverter.
    Method: After the voltage is stable, shut down and restart after 1 minute.
