However, the structure of the glove box is complex, more important parts, slightly misconduct, may cause loss to your experimental results. This article introduces you to how to use a vacuum glove box correctly and the precautions when you operate your glove box.

One. Work before operation:

1. Check if there is nitrogen in the nitrogen bottle, nitrogen should be replaced in time, and the output pressure of nitrogen is set to 0.5 MPa.

2, check if the vacuum pump is turned normally.

3, check whether the cycle of the glove box is opened. (Purified column -i or purified column-II to open one)

4. The upper limit pressure in the check setting should be +1, the lower limit pressure is 0

5, check whether oxygen and dew point is normal (oxygen is 0.1 ppm or less, dew point-40)

6, excess cabin audible pump should be in a normally open state

5, pull the vacuum to -1.0 (vacuum according to the green button in the lower right corner of the main antechamber, press until it will be released.)

6, put the nitrogen gas to 0 (nitrogen gas according to the orange button in the lower right corner of the main antechamber, press until it will be released.)

7, open the main antechamber in the glove box to take out the item

1. Tour the two doors of the main antechamber

2, pull the vacuum to -1.0 (vacuum according to the green button in the lower left corner of the main antechamber, press until it will be released.)

3, put the nitrogen gas to 0 (in nitrogen gas according to the orange button in the lower left corner of the main antechamber, press until it will be released.)

4, open the door to the main antechamber put the item into the main antechamber

5, close the door inside the main antechamber

6. Open the door outside the main antechamber.

7, close the door outside the main antechamber.

Mini antechamber

2, open the door outside the mini antechamber.

3, put into items.

4, close the door outside the mini antechamber.

5. Cleaning makes the small position in -0.1 (pull the handle outside the small bun to the cleaning).

6, the absorption makes the small position in 0 (the handle outside the mini antechamber is pulled into the breath).

7. Open the mini antechamber door in the glove box to take out the item.

2. Cleaning makes the small position in -0.1 (pull the handle outside the small hull to the cleaning).

3, pumping makes the small position in 0 (pulling the handle outside the mini antechamber to the pumping).

4. Open the door inside the mini antechamber put the item into the small position.

5, closely close the door inside.

6. Take out the items outside the mini antechamber.

7, close the door outside the mini antechamber.

three. Operational precautions:

1. The vacuum pump should be turned on in the system.

2, when the oxygen concentration in the box exceeds 200ppm, the equipment maintenance person should be notified that the system is operated, otherwise the water and oxygen purification system will be destroyed.

3. Do check before starting the cycle, whether it is in the case or regeneration. As mentioned above is being processed, the cycle is absolutely prohibited.

4 ,: Two clean columns can not be regenerated at the same time.

A. Before regenerating, it ensures that the inert gas is cleaned (H2O <200PPM) to ensure sufficient regenerative gas supply in the glove box. The regenerative gas pressure is 0.06-0.08 MPa.

B. Before starting regeneration, please confirm that the corresponding purification column loop has been closed.

C, the regeneration process takes 24 hours, once the execution cannot be disconnected, 3-6 hours after the start of the regeneration, the regeneration gas pay attention to the amount of regenerative gas, properly adjust the pressure of the regenerative gas, and the package is regenerated in this 3 hours. After 6 hours, you can close the origin of regeneration.

D. The vacuum pump cannot be turned off during the regeneration process. Do not touch the top of the purification column to prevent the iron injury.

E, once the regeneration is unexpected, ensure that the regeneration and cycle of the purified column cannot be restarted within 12 hours, otherwise it will damage the device.

5. Pay attention to protecting the work gloves not to be damaged.

1. First level maintenance:

Daily cleaning. Once a day

2. Secondary maintenance:

2.1 Tightening each part is easily loose screw nut. Monthly
