The vacuum glove box is a fairly simple device, consisting of a vacuum chamber and gloves inserted into it. The vacuum pump draws air out of the vacuum chamber to create a low-pressure, low-humidity environment, and the gloves allow the operator to operate anything in the vacuum chamber. Normally, this is done with the reintroduction of inert gas, such as nitrogen or argon, into the chamber, allowing the operator to do experiments or perform other operations on the contents in an inert atmosphere, preventing contamination with reactive gases such as oxygen or liquids such as water. This also adds a safety factor, because the inert atmosphere is non-flammable. Most vacuum glove boxes are made of acrylic, allowing the operator to easily see the inside of the box when operating the contents of the box.
The vacuum glove box is a laboratory equipment that fills the box with high-purity inert gas and circulates and filters out the active substances in it. Also called glove box, inert gas protection box, dry box, etc. It mainly removes O2, H2O, and organic gases.     The purification system uses renewable/reducible purification materials, and the reduction process is automatically controlled by the system;
    During reduction and regeneration, power supply and a mixture of hydrogen (5-10%) and inert gas must be provided.
  5. Misoperation prevention: The system automatically detects the conditions and equipment operating status during the work process through the PLC program control system. If there is an error, the system will issue a prompt instruction of incorrect operation or insufficient conditions, the equipment operation is safer, and the operator can use it more conveniently equipment.
    The vacuum glove box manufacturer will provide installation, use and maintenance instructions, and usually go to the buyer’s site to install and debug the glove box for it.
    The vacuum glove box (the full name should be “anaerobic anaerobic inert gas operation box”) is developed according to the scientific research, production and processing requirements of universities, research rooms and enterprises. Its airtightness characteristics of imported vacuum pumps and continuous fermentation water-repellent level have exceeded a higher level, and have been praised by customers.     All systems of the vacuum glove box are made of stainless steel plates (1Cr18Ni9Ti), which are corrosion-resistant, durable, and zero environmental pollution. The dialog box facing the operation box has a wide viewing angle. There are multiple shut-off valves on the cover, which is beneficial to use. The cover is equipped with a porous material power plug, and the power transformer needs to be guided to the body of the cover box. During the operation, thick or thin latex gloves can be used according to the customer, and the airtightness is good. The design of the airtight machine and equipment of the docking room and the main enclosure is peculiar, with reliable airtightness and convenient and quick opening.
