Product introduction:
MSK-111A-E automatic laminator is a device that can be applied to the lamination process of lithium ion battery pole pieces. The equipment adopts a single cantilever structure design, automatic constant tension control of the roll insulation film, and the motor drives the diaphragm to move left and right to achieve a zigzag lamination. This equipment realizes the manual loading, subsequent pole piece position correction and lamination process by using fully automatic. It has the characteristics of high lamination efficiency and high lamination accuracy. The device design can stack a maximum of 200 * 200mm cells, and different sizes can be achieved by adjusting the fixture, which is very suitable for the development and sample production of laminated lithium ion batteries.
