Liquid Injection and Baking Method in Lithium Battery Manufacturing Process

During the manufacturing process of the battery, it is required to be in a dry environment, and the semi-finished product is baked in certain specific process positions according to the requirements, and finally the moisture content of the battery pole piece is guaranteed to be lower than the specified value before the electrolyte is injected. The moisture content of the battery pole pieces before the injection is generally lower than the specified value. Once the battery moisture content exceeds the specified value before the injection, the performance of the finished battery will decrease sharply until the battery is severely bloated and the battery is scrapped. . Before the battery is injected with electrolyte, only a very small diameter injection hole is reserved, which greatly increases the difficulty of removing water during the battery baking process.

Therefore, a fully automatic integrated lithium battery production line is provided. The integrated production line consists of an oven, a cooling glove box, a liquid injection glove box, a buffer glove box, a squeeze (static) vacuum box, a sealed glove box, and a discharge vacuum box. The entire production line includes a cooling glove box, which has a fast cooling speed and low cost, ensuring that the battery cells are baked from filling to filling, and the sealing process is operated in a controlled anhydrous and oxygen-free environment, providing the most solid protection for the quality of the battery. Functions such as automatic transmission can realize the automated production of batteries, greatly improving production efficiency and saving human capital. The configuration of the MES manufacturing execution system has realized informatized production. Customers do not need to build a drying room and purchase a rotary dehumidification system, saving investment costs and operating costs.
