Instructions on How to Properly Clean the Glove Box

1) Definition: Replace the gas in the chamber with working gas, and the gas in the chamber is discharged from the cleaning valve on the top of the glove box.

2) Steps:

①Ensure sufficient working gas;

②Close the loop;

③Click the “purge” button on the touch screen and click “start”

3) Reasons for cleaning:

①First debugging;

②Not activated for a long time;

③Incorrect operation, causing air to enter;

④Remove substances harmful to the glove box such as organic vapor in the chamber (excessive organic vapor content will affect the sensor and purification materials)
