Glove box purging:
(After opening the purging, the inlet pressure can be appropriately reduced)
1) Definition: Replace the gas in the chamber with working gas, and the gas in the chamber is discharged from the purging valve on the top of the glove box.
2) Purging steps:
①Ensure sufficient working gas;
②Close the loop;
③Open purging;
④Adjust the auxiliary gauge of the pressure reducing valve and set the pressure to 0.1-0.2Mpa
3) Reasons for purging:
①First debugging;
②Not activated for a long time;
③Incorrect operation, causing air to enter;
④Remove organic solvents, acid-base solvents and other substances harmful to the glove box in the chamber (excessive content of organic solvents will affect the normal operation of the oxygen probe and the circulation system).
