Glove box function principle

The working gas in the glove box body is between the box and the purification column (anhydrox adsorber), and under the control and monitoring of the PLC, a closed cycle is performed by a pipe, a circulating fan or the like. The working gas is circulated through the purified column, and the moisture and oxygen are adsorbed, and then return to the box. With the transition of the cycle time, the oxygen content in the working gas in the box is gradually reduced, and finally less than 1 ppm indicators. The purification column adsorbs saturated after a certain period of time, and can be regenerated and reused.

Molecular sieve hydrating physical process

When the temperature is lower, T1 is low, and the molecular sieve saturated amount C1 is high, and water can be absorbed.

When the temperature is higher, T2 is low, the molecular sieve is low, and the adsorbed water will be put out first, evaporate. The regeneration of molecular sieve is achieved by heating.
