Description

Edwards vacuum pump is a high-tech equipment whose main function is to extract the gas from the container by pumping air to achieve vacuum or high vacuum. As one of the vacuum equipment currently on the market, Edwards vacuum pumps have the following types.
1. Rotary vane vacuum pump: Rotary vane vacuum pump is a representative product of Edwards vacuum pump series and its performance is outstanding. The rotary vane pump is a mechanical vacuum pump. Its working principle is to form a gas flow through the gap between the impeller and the casing to promote the discharge of gas outward. Due to their performance, rotary vane pumps are widely used in the semiconductor industry, high-tech research, aerospace, petrochemicals, metallurgy and medicine.
2. Centrifugal vacuum pump: The centrifugal vacuum pump is another type in the Edwards vacuum pump series. Unlike rotary vane pumps, centrifugal pumps use centrifugal force to draw gas from a container. This pump is suitable for high vacuum applications and is widely used in aerospace, semiconductor industry, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
3. Molecular pump: Molecular pump is a product in Edwards vacuum pump series and one of its core technologies. Molecular pumps are suitable for high vacuum and vacuum applications and are characterized by high gas pressure and pumping speed. Molecular pumps are widely used in semiconductor processing, vacuum metallurgy, materials science, particle physics and other fields.
As a high-tech equipment, Edwards vacuum pump is characterized by fast, precise, reliable, efficient and energy-saving. Edwards vacuum pumps have become an essential piece of equipment in many industries, saving a lot of time and money for many companies.
In short, Edwards vacuum pump is a high-tech equipment with high efficiency, energy saving, strong reliability and long service life. It has been widely used in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, aerospace, metallurgy and other industries.

Edward T-STATION 85H turbo molecular pump station molecular pump trolley XDD1 TS85W2001

product description

The T-station85 is a compact, low-cost, mobile turbomolecular pump trolley system that provides 47 1s-1 by seamlessly integrating the nEXT85H, a dry diaphragm pump or a wet oil-sealed rotary vane pump with a simple controller. To a pumping speed of 84 1s-1. T-station85 comes with an integrated controller for molecular pumps and vacuum gauges, enabling a single-button start/stop system. If a vacuum gauge is installed, it can control a vacuum gauge, the system empty solenoid valve and delay the start time of the turbomolecular pump until a certain point in time or when the system vacuum is consistent with the vacuum gauge reading, so the T-station 85 meets Ideal for general laboratory needs.

main feature

  • Featuring an all-metal frame, the design is sturdy and durable and won’t crack or break.
  • Inlet flanges available to suit your application
  • Ideal for applications where a dry, oil-free vacuum is required
  • An integrated air cooler for cooling the internal power supply and pump controller enables silent operation, eliminating the need for multiple fans.
