In the process of chemical experiments, harmful gases that harm human health are often released, which seriously endangers the health of the experimenters and the atmospheric environment. For example, in the laboratory, people can install ventilation cabinets and other exhaust devices to avoid the experimenters from inhaling harmful gases as much as possible. However, if the teacher wants to conduct a chemical demonstration experiment in the classroom, the harmful gas generated during the chemical demonstration experiment must be released into the classroom space, which will cause the pollution of the classroom air and affect the health of teachers and students. . In addition, the current ventilating devices have only ventilation functions, which cannot completely avoid harm to the human body and cannot purify harmful gases, so that harmful gases are directly discharged outdoors and become a pollution source of the air environment.

Aiming at the above shortcomings of the prior art, a gas purifying glove box for chemical experiments that avoids human injury and environmental pollution is provided. The technical solution to solve the technical problem is that it includes a glove box body and a gas adsorption and purification device. The glove box body is made of tempered glass. The surface is respectively provided with glove holes, gloves, air inlet valves, and air outlets connected with them. Valve; The gas adsorption purification device includes a transparent shell, an absorption plate built into the shell, and the transparent shell is provided with an air inlet and an exhaust port, and the exhaust port is connected with the exhaust pipe; the air outlet valve of the glove box is connected to the The air inlet of the gas adsorption and purification device is connected by a hose. The gas adsorption purification device of the adsorption plate is arranged in the transparent casing in the vertical direction of the airflow.
The gas purification glove box has the following characteristics: 1. Avoid contact between the experimenter and the experiment environment to the greatest extent, no gas pollution, fire and explosion protection, to ensure the safety and health of the experimenter’s human body; 2. After purifying the polluted gas generated in the chemical experiment Then it is discharged into the sewer, which overcomes the disadvantages of the previous ventilation devices that only ventilate but not purify, and avoid the pollution of the atmospheric environment.

The working gas in the glove box is between the box and the purification column (water oxygen adsorber), under the control and monitoring of the PLC, through a pipeline, a circulating fan, etc. for a closed cycle. When the working gas circulates through the purification column, its moisture and oxygen are adsorbed, and then return to the box. As the circulation time passes, the water and oxygen content in the working gas in the box gradually decreases, and finally reaches the goal of less than 1ppm. The purification column will be saturated after a certain period of circulation, and can be regenerated and reused.

The physical process of molecular sieve water absorption
When the temperature is low, T1, the molecular sieve water saturation C1 is high, and it can absorb a lot of water.
When the temperature is higher, T2, molecular sieve water saturation C1 will be low, and the adsorbed water will be released first and evaporate. The regeneration of molecular sieve is achieved by heating and vacuuming.

There are many uses for the glove box:
1) When operating toxic and hazardous materials, the glove box can protect the operator and the environment;
2) When the materials in the atmosphere, such as bacteria and dust, will contaminate the materials, the glove box can be used to isolate the materials outside the box and protect the materials in the box from pollution;

3) When air interacts with the material to affect the performance of the material, the glove box can be filled with inert gas. The box is used to isolate the air outside the box and protect the material in the box from air gases such as water, oxygen, and sometimes even nitrogen. Pollution. The last device is called an inert gas glove box, which provides an inert gas environment for the materials to be handled.
There are three types of inert gas glove boxes:
A) Vacuum glove box: Before operation, vacuum the entire box body to completely remove the air in the box body, and then fill it with high-purity gas for use. Advantages: The equipment is cheap. Disadvantages: The content of water and oxygen impurities is high, usually above 100PPM.
B) Cleaning the glove box: The glove box is continuously vented with nitrogen, and the gas impurities leaking into the glove box are continuously cleaned out of the glove box. Advantages: The equipment is cheap. Disadvantages: high operating costs, a large amount of inert gas needs to be consumed. The content of water and oxygen impurities is usually above 10PPM.
C) Circulating glove box: The glove box is equipped with gas purification gas, and the gas in the glove box continuously circulates through the gas purification system to remove water oxygen and organic solvent impurities. Advantages: low operating cost, low water and oxygen content, usually less than 1PPM; including PLC and touch screen, multiple functions. Disadvantages: higher equipment prices.
The above third inert gas circulation glove box is referred to here as the glove box.
